Born and raised in Trinity, Christine first envisioned restoring many of the village’s dilapidated properties over 20 years ago. She made that dream a reality when she opened the Eriksen Premises in 1993. Since that time, she has restored 4 other heritage properties which, today, are part of the Newfoundland Experience collection of Heritage Inns & Dining: My Trinity Experience and a vital part of the tourism industry in the Trinity area. After welcoming tens of thousands of travelers through her doors for over 20 years, Christine still enjoys greeting her many returning and first time guests!
